Porridge are healthy food ideas and forms an essential
nutrient that can be consumed in an easy way. All varieties of Kanchi, Koozhu, Kazhi
comes under Porridge varieties. I would like to share the Kanchi Maavu varieties
which I have heard from others and have used for myself. In times of breakfast where
we don’t find anything to cook, Kanchi forms an easier breakfast and a nutritious
food idea.
